Jinjiang Inn - Makati

We had a great stay at this hotel. The security was excellent, and the location was very convenient as the mall is nearby, as well as laundry service if needed. The hotel was impressively clean, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The room was well-maintained, with hot water, reliable air conditioning, and a spotless space. We also appreciated them holding our luggage for us after checkout—it was a big help. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely recommend it to others. We would stay here again!

I liked the location. I’d read alot of good reviews about the hotel so I thought I’d give it a go. We stayed in a business king room with breakfast. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Toiletries provided including toothbrush/toothpaste. Very good air conditioner. The pillows weren’t the best but we only stayed one night so I didn’t ask if they had a pillow service. I would have swapped them over if I was staying longer. But every other request was met with a smile and no bother at all. The staff are very accommodating and helping. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from. We were able to get a late checkout to 1pm at no extra cost and they kept our luggage for a little afterwards while we went to grab a bit to eat at the Greenbelt food court. That is well worth a visit. Very good food. We had an evening flight to get to and the staff were very helpful in calling a grab for us to get to the airport on time. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

Excellent staff and breakfast. This hotel is located in Makati so it’s very close to the airport but a little bit far to the malls, or where we are going which is the temple in White Plains. There are places to eat and it’s walking distance to public transportation. You can always ask the staff to get a “Grab” ride or taxi.

The location is great as it is right behind Greenbelt Mall. The staff are so warm and welcoming and exemplies customer service. They were kind enough to store our luggages during the time that we went to visit another place in the Philippines in between our stays with them. The rooms are quiet in spite of the hotel being right next to a busy street. A pharmacy and a 7-11 is also a walk away. The rooms are simple but spacious and clean. Bathrooms were also clean. The excellent reviews were justified. Will def recommend and will come back esp with the level of customer service for a value price.

Big, clean room. We stayed on the 4th floor in the quiet part of building. Large bathroom with enough hot water. Loved the provided make-up mirror. Very long desk which gave us enough room to put all our women stuff as well as space for gadgets and even enough space to have a meal. Comfortable beds with nice smooth bedsheets. Multiple electrical outlets for charging electronics. Location proximity to Greenbelt malls, Landmark, Glorietta and SM can’t be beat. Excellent value for the amount paid per night.
