Jinjiang Inn - Makati

We had a great stay at this hotel. The security was excellent, and the location was very convenient as the mall is nearby, as well as laundry service if needed. The hotel was impressively clean, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The room was well-maintained, with hot water, reliable air conditioning, and a spotless space. We also appreciated them holding our luggage for us after checkout—it was a big help. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely recommend it to others. We would stay here again!

I liked the location. I’d read alot of good reviews about the hotel so I thought I’d give it a go. We stayed in a business king room with breakfast. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Toiletries provided including toothbrush/toothpaste. Very good air conditioner. The pillows weren’t the best but we only stayed one night so I didn’t ask if they had a pillow service. I would have swapped them over if I was staying longer. But every other request was met with a smile and no bother at all. The staff are very accommodating and helping. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from. We were able to get a late checkout to 1pm at no extra cost and they kept our luggage for a little afterwards while we went to grab a bit to eat at the Greenbelt food court. That is well worth a visit. Very good food. We had an evening flight to get to and the staff were very helpful in calling a grab for us to get to the airport on time. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

Hotel’s prime location - very near to Greenbelt and just 25 minutes to and from the airport. Check-in process is very smooth, with the friendly and professional staff ensuring a warm welcome. Spacious room with nice big bed, high pressure shower, hot and cold shower. Very clean Quiet too…..you cannot hear vehicles outside unlike other 4 star hotels in Makati. Nice breakfast

cheerful and helpful Staff at reception, Good hot Breakfast, Room size pretty big, Hot water in shower all the time and close to green belt. The area seemed pretty safe at night. Seven eleven, Money exchange and a Korean store located close by. Many food and bar options within walking distance.

The location is perfect. It is 150 meters from Greenbelt 3. Lots of restaurants that are walking distance along Arnaiz road, it's near the airport, grab is easily available because of its location; the size of the room is big. The staff are very attentive. You can get a water refill at the hotel restaurant, so make sure you bring a water bottle and save single use bottled water. The security guard and bellhop are very attentive. It's relatively quiet despite its location.
